1. About the Company :

TYK Polymers Private Limited is a new Company formed on 28^th January 2021 having its registered office at 5D/8A, Railway Road, NIT, Faridabad – 121002, Haryana & web at www.tykpolymers.com.

Company is formed by two young women promoter directors with main object to enter into Polymer Business by sourcing premium quality materials from across the globe for Indian Manufacturers and Consumers.

India is a big market of Polymers and other Imported Goods mainly required for water and air in Agriculture, Sanitation, Plumbing, Industries and Construction in India.

Company is formed for earning profits, Looking at High potential and margins and Assured business.

2. Business Potential :

Government of India has taken initiative for infrastructural development by 2025.

As per National Infrastructure Pipeline report of the Task Force Department of Economic Affairs Ministry of Finance, Government of India target is fixed for Housing for all under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna (PMAY) by Oct 2022 and Piped water for all households (har ghar jal) by 2024. India is targeting to achieve landmark $5 Trillion Economy by 2025 wherein, infrastructure development will play a major role.

As per National Infrastructure Pipeline Report, government has estimated expense of Rs. 125 Lakh Crore (US$1.7 Trillion) by 2025.

Since, Pipes will be required for all infrastructure and piped water projects envisaged by the Government’s task report, we see a big opportunity under import of basic raw materials and finished goods to achieve this target by 2025.

State Governments has started seeking tenders through their Public Health Engineering Departments (PHED) for execution of projects targeted under PMAY and “har ghar jal”.

India is a growing economy and in-house raw material and finished goods are insufficient for achieving the target as per PMAY and “har ghar jal” objective of the Government.

Moreover, Prime Minister, Sh. Narendra Modi has taken initiative to announce “Atmanirbhar Bharat Abhiyan”  better understood as either “self-reliance” or as “self-sufficiency”.

A total of three Atmanirbhar Bharat economic stimulus packages worth ₹29.87 lakh crore (US$420 billion) were announced by the government:

tyk is primarily focusing providing basic raw materials and machineries for Domestic Industries to fulfil and improvised the initiative under Atmanirbhar Bharat for attaining self-reliance and self-sufficiency.

tyk is targeting Plastic Pipe manufacturers in India by sourcing their need of polymers through import of qualitative plastic raw materials from overseas petroleum Companies.

Fusion Industries Limited, one of the premier pipe manufacturing industry based at Bhagwanpur, Roorkee has assured minimum business of 35%. tyk is approaching other pipe manufacturers for similar tie ups and assurances.
